Over the past three decades, Myoda has been creating illuminated sculptures and sculptural installations. He was one of the creators of the Tribute in Light in NYC, the now annual 9/11 memorial light installation. A wide range of references informs his many artworks, such as bioluminescent fauna, crystal morphology, religious nimbuses, and different graphical perspective systems.
